About
I'm Steve, owner of DENCO Property Limited. I provide reliable property maintenance, repairs, and improvement services in County Durham and Darlington, with a focus on quality workmanship, honesty, and attention to detail.
As a hands-on professional, I understand the importance of trust when working in someone's home or investment property. That's why I take pride in delivering a dependable service, clear communication, and high standards on every project.
Whether it's a small repair, ongoing maintenance, or a larger improvement project, my goal is simple: to help property owners protect, maintain, and enhance their properties with confidence.
Work
Sample
Some photos of my completed work, from fitting key safes, toilet seats, door cams, shelving, fencing and hanging swords... I'll tackle anything.
Gardening
Garden clearance and tidy, depending on how far you want to go, I can clear weeds, debris etc or push further with sleeper borders and new fencing and planting.
Shelving/Hanging
Custom made shelving and hanging to your designs, whether using visible or hidden brackets, we can install them quickly and easily with no mess.
Electricals/CCTV
Minor electrical repairs don't need to cost the earth, if you've got sockets, switches or light fittings to change, give me a try. I also fit ring doorbells and full CCTV systems.
Tiling / Panelling
Small tiling jobs, and panelling are a great way to add some finishing touches to your home.
Tenancy Turnaround / Building
I specialise in tenancy turnarounds, going into a property between previous tenants leaving and marketing with an agent to tidy up, return things to neutral and repair any damage / sealant. I'm also capable of minor external building works, repairing garden walls or removing problematic trees.
